Sinan has been involved in tourism education since 2010 and has worked as a licensed guide since 2015. At Colorido Tours he manages field operations and destination contracting, while continuing his academic studies focused on tourism technologies and software development.

Nurettin manages sales and revenue optimisation for partner agencies in the European and LATAM markets, and is also responsible for product strategy. He has professional experience as a hotel manager in the United States and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Archaeology. Nurettin has worked as a licensed guide since 2008.
